Question can i use a 4070 without 1 loose capacitor?

Hello I am from Mexico I bought an Asus rtx 4070 dual and it came with a very poorly welded capacitor that after a while came off my question is if I can continue using it because if it turns on when I turn it on or it can be bad using it for a long time without missing a capacitor, Asus does not want to make my warranty valid for policies and also where I bought it

I put it like this. If you have a damaged card that warranty will not be honored for, and you paid for it, own it, no returns....if it works you have very little downside to finding out how much longer and at what performance loss, if any.

Considering that (by my understanding) the poorly attached part came off during use (?) that if it were going to blow something else up it may have already. The cost of a 4070 alone is enough to build a fairly powerful PC sans a graphics card which is already a "loss" as it were.
