I Have a place I can plug a case fan into and have it on the outside of my pc case. Can I screw it on the wall and cool myself off or nah?

Doesn't even have to be 12v, 5v will work and less noisy but will move less air, Find an old USB cable, cut and splice. Use the Red and Black wires on the USB cable, and cut the Blue and Green wires as they wont be used, those are data cables, and Twist the Red wire to the Red wire from the fan, same with the Black wire. The yellow wire on the fan is normally a sensor wire, but there are so many different fans out there and not everyone uses the same color codes.

Plug it into a empty USB port.

I do this with my Netgear Router, it runs real hot and it has a USB port, I use its USB port and have a 92mm fan blowing at 5v at the router to keep it cool.
