Hi everyone,

So in my new build I have used 16GB (8x2) of Teamforce Nighthawk RAM. Now I got a chance to buy a Cryorig C7 CPU Cooler and I was just wondering will the be any clearance issue with the RAM and the cooler? Any help will be great. Thanks everyone.

Hi TechInAZ,

So I'll be using this on a i5-8400. Will there be any issues temperature wise? I've seen good reviews about the C7 but just want to see what an expert would have to say. :)

It might be doable as C7 heatsink is very compact and leaves few millimeters gap off the memory modules, the fan bracket doesn't go very far either towards memory modules (I have installed a custom bracket to fit a 120mm/12mm thin fan that I had to shave a bit the frame facing the memory, but discovered it slides over away from memory with bracket if forced, in the process I messed up closer memory module heatsink !), very good temps with I7-6700k. in SFF Dan SFX case.

So ROGG, Out of the box, C7 won't have any issues clearance wise with the Nighthawks right?
