Can I use a Dell charger on my Acer Laptop?

Lost my charger at Xmas and now my Laptop is dead. CanI use a Dell Laptop charger?

depends on if the connectors are compatible with each other, both have the exact voltage & same wattage or higher then what the acer requires.
