can i use a dell inspiron e1505 with 2gb ram to play skyrim and use mods

It's an old laptop from 2006 with a Core 2 Duo CPU with something like a T2500 CPU. It either has the Intel GMA 950 graphic chipset or an ATI Radeon X1300 / X1400 GPU with dedicated VRAM ranging between 64MB to 256MB. the Radeon X1300 / X1400 is a lot weaker than the Intel HD Bay-Trail M graphics core found in the Bay Trail generation Atom CPUs. The GMA 950 would be even worse.
