Hi, I have an IDE DVD drive, and was wondering if I can burn the W95 OSR 2 disk image to a DVD rather than a CD. Is it just a case of the BIOS supporting DVD boot? I was able to install Windows 2000 on a laptop with a DVD prior to this, so was wondering if it should be the same.
Thanks!

Solution
If the BIOS can boot a CD, it should be able to boot a DVD as well.
CD and DVD is the same for a BIOS, the important part is that the optical drive can read DVDs. The DVD drive shouldn´t have problems with it.

Alright, thanks helpstar for clearing that up. Can't wait to build my socket 7 system tomorrow!
