Can I use a Eu power cord on a Us monitor?

I'm planning to buy a monitor from ebay and It but it comes with a Us power cord. The question is: Can I use a Eu power cord or will there be problems? If I can't just get a new cable can I get an adapter instead?

Double check the manufacturer's specs to ensure the monitor supports your local voltage and frequency. Other than that you can use any power cord that fits.

In the specifications tabs it says: Voltage:100-240V, 50/60Hz
So that means I'm good with just a power cord that can fit, right??
