Just stop. If you want a better graphics card just get it. This “bottlenecking” thing is getting out of hand. Any CPU will “bottleneck” a high end GPU at 1080p on a CPU intensive game. But if you’re already getting 180FPS what does not getting 200 matter? It’s not like you have an FX 6300

It’s a good balance. What you want is a good balance of well matched CPU, GPU & RAM. However even with the best balanced system you can be cpu limited in cpu heavy games or gpu limited in gpu heavy games, you will never actually get a perfect balance as it changes from game to game or even changes within a game. A bottleneck is generally only something to worry about when there is a big imbalance.
