Not natively, no.

You'd need an M.2 PCIe adapter - although booting from M.2 is supported in the Z97 chipset.

That being said though, for the cost of an M.2 + Adapter, the gains aren't proportionate vs a standard 2.5" SATA based drive.

Minimum $40 (~250GB SSD) + $10-$20 for an adapter.
