Hi, I have a RadeonHD5450 1GB with the latest drivers(ATI catalyst control center) I'm gonna buy a 4670 or a 5670 within this week. When I install my new graphics card, do I have to install the drivers for it since I already have the latest drivers from my 5450. Do I plug it right away?. Any advice?
If I do get a 5670, it's DDR5 so is it compatible with my motherboard? Here's my specs:

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU
AMD Athlon II X3 440 27 °C
Rana 45nm Technology
RAM
4.00 GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Emaxx Technologies, Inc EMX-MCP61D3-iCafe (CPU 1) 30 °C
Graphics
1619w (1366x768@60Hz)
ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) 50 °C

Thanks!
