My display keeps jittering like crazy and when i let them change the display it still wudnt work. So i supposed it must be the display connector. Except i couldn't find the exact model for my laptop no matter what. So i wanted to ask if i cant find the ribbon cable for my dell inspiron, can i just use one from an hp pavillion from that generation? how do i identify display connectors?

(i cant buy from aliexpress, i just posted it as reference)

Also, for the record the problem isnt software, as the white horizontal lines and shaking screen happens in safe mode, bios and during bootup. Tried all sorts of drivers but it didnt work.

Thank You.

I think it's best that you find the exact ribbon cable meant for your laptop's display. If that's not possible you should contact seller(listed on the site linked above) and ask if the ribbon cable you're looking at is compatible with your laptop.

Have you tried connecting an external to your laptop to see if the issue persists?

+ I looked through your link, it's got 7520 listed above in the title of the listing.
