Hi, I can ask you. Can I use a picture from another youtube channel video template? I make a music video and I do not know from where sides another famous youtube channel for example: from where this video :

Are you asking if you can copy a picture from somewhere else to use for your needs? Depends on if that picture is in the public domain with free use or not. If someone else made a logo or some site design, then it's not very likely you will get permission to use it.
