I have a sound bar missing its DC power adapter. The output is 19V 3.6A and input says 15W x 2 +25W. I have a laptop power supply who's output is 19V 3.16A and input 100 - 240V 50-60Hz 114-155VA. Can I use the laptop power supply for the sound bar?

Solution
probably not since: 15w +(2 x 25w) = 65w
and 19v x 3.6a = 68.4w (supply is greater than the max demand)

but

19v x 3.16a = 60w
you're short a few watts...

it will probably work as long as the polarity is correct but dont max out the volume.
probably not. the input wattage is to high for the sound bar. it could easily fry the sound bar. contact the sound bar manufacturers and tell them the power adapter was missing and ask them to send you a new one

Solution
I wouldnt try it but in theory it should work fine but as someone whos father is a trained electrician of 60 years he wouldnt recommend it its very dangerous messing with power suppies not designed for the product.
