can i use a R9 270x on G3258

Hello all,

currently i have G3258+H97M and a Be-quiet L8 430W. I want to buy a gfx card, the Asus Radeon R9 270X DCII TOP 2GB. But i dont know if my CPU (stock) and PSU can handle this card.

You could but i would go with XFX 550W or EVGA 600B psu.

With (2) +12V rails at 22A and 20A and a 396W capacity on those rails, you can probably get by with it. There won't be much headroom left, but since it is a high quality PSU, it should be OK. But I'd make that my next upgrade.
