[SOLVED] Can I use a RX 580 and a Vega 56 in Crossfire?

NO. You cannot Crossfire those 2 different GPU models. Btw, there is no point in going for a multi-GPU setup. Not many games scale well on an SLI or CrossfireX setup. You would be much better off buying a SINGLE powerful GPU instead.

Short answear no. These gpu's are from different architecture (Polaris and GCN 5th gen). Even if you could do so you would have to buy a big and good quality psu.

no. AMD is less strict when it comes to crossfire than nvidia SLI but even if you want to do "mixed" crossfire you need both card using the same chip. for example you can crossfire RX570 and RX580 together because both are based on Polaris chip.
