I have an old Samsung SP0802N, and I was wondering if I could use it with my windows 10 pc. I don't know anything about storage sorry. I don't care about load times. Just can I use it as my windows drive and other storage?

Not easily.
It's only 80GB, and it appears to be an IDE interface.

It is too small to be the 'only' drive, you'd need a PCI-E interface card, you'd need another drive anyway, and it is well over 10 years old (probably ready to die).

Using this would add less than 10% drive space to a typical 1TB drive that you will have anyway.

Not worth the hassle.

that is a ide or pata hard disk, if you pc has a port for it, you can, if the mainboard doesn't have a port for that hard disk, they look very nice as decoration in the walls, other than that, it is a just a paperweight

look, a clock!
