Can I Use a Sata I Power Cable

I am planning on building a cool little system inside of an older HP Pavilion Slimline Case and have to upgrade the power supply to handle my new graphics card. I noticed that on the power supply post on newegg it says it has a sata 1 connector. I was wondering if I could use this to power my ADATA SP900 256GB SSD.

Looks like the "4-Pin SATA" listed means 4-pin molex to SATA adapter to power the SSD, which is fine. Since this is a smaller FlexATX case the mini 1050 is likely choice and does not need a 6-pin connector from the PSU.

Yes, it looks like a normal SATA flat style power connector.
I cant tell if the GFX 1050 card requires a separate 4 pin power connector or runs totally off of the mobo power as its 75w TPD , but your psu page states "4 Pin Peripheral" which might be it.

I looked into the graphics card and I think it gets all of its power from the motherboard.

Yes. That SATA drive uses a SATA power connector.
