You can't do this that i know of unless some niche laptop out there has HDMI through or something like that, but in general no. What you can do is power on both PCs and use something like Synergy: http://synergy-foss.org/ to share mouse/keyboard/clipboard which will give you as close to a dual monitor experience as you'll probably get in this case. Both need to be on the same network. I've used it before and it works well.
