Can I use a separate laptop screen as a monitor for a desktop?

So I have a screen for a Lenovo t6i (it's just a replacement screen not the entire laptop). It has a wide cable and 3 other colored ones. Would it be possible to find some sort of cable/adapter to hook it up to my PC through VGA? I'm not too sure what kind of plug the laptop screen has. The small connectors are for wireless radio antennas. The wide connector is for the display, it uses an interface called LVDS. You would need to buy a converter from LVDS to a desktop interface like VGA, DVI, or HDMI. There are several varieties of LVDS connector, I'm not sure which one that panel uses.

Here is a close up picture of the port. Would you be able to tell me the exact adapter id need?
