Can I use a triple monitor setup with two 1080p and 1440p one

If you mean by an eyefinity/NVsurround setup then it would have to lower the resolution of the 1440p (which it will do so with interpolation) which will make it look blurry and strange but yeah it'll work.

But you can still use all 3 of them once at their native resolutions but in that case you can only game on one monitor.
