Can I use a usb with windows 10 on it more then once?

I would like to know because I will be doing a new build and have windows 10 on a usb. If it helps I put windows 10 once usb using the windows media creation tool.

Yes if you have another windows activation key but you have to buy that if you have already used the one that came free with the upgrade.
