Can i use a Wireless router without an internet provider.

So i just bought a ps4 there are no internet providers out where i live can i buy a wireless router and connect thru wifi without having to use someone's password? Explain how i can possibly get internet connection please

the router only broadcasts the internet access you pay for. it does not create internet acces out of thin air. you have to pay someone to get access to the internet whether it is an isp or cellular access.

there is no way to just create internet access out of nothing. you got to subscribe to something to have it.

I'm not sure where in the US you live without internet access, but perhaps you are able to get a Cellular carrier's WiFi LTE Hotspot in your area.
