Can I use Adobe Premiere for vid editing?

Hi, I like making YT videos and use wondershare filmora, but wanted to try something else, because Filmora has some features missing, can I run Adobe Premiere on my specs?:
i3 540 @ 3.3 ghz
Gigabyte 1060 3g
8 gigs ddr3 ram

Seems you meet minimum to me. It'll probably be a bit clunky (I imagine rendering video would take ages) with a dual core vs a newer quad core, but it'll work.

The actual/specific system requirements depends on the version of Premiere you intend to use. What specific version are you considering? But, you should meet minimum requirements for the various versions I took a look at and as Dr Girlfriend pointed out.

Haha now I'm not sure, can you tell me which one will suit me best? I can use that until I get a better processor.
