Question Can I use all 4 M.2 slots on a ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI without affecting my 4090 performance?

As the title says, will there be any performance hit?
I currently have M2_1 and M2_2 in use (2x990 PRO) and want to use M2_3 and M2_4 as well (also 2x990 PRO).
I've seen some places stating that it would reduce the GPU bandwidth, but didn't find that in the manual.

page 1-10, you should be good ot go with all 4 M.2 slots populated with an M.2 drive.

Question about PCIE lanes. Will any of the M.2 slots shares lanes? Also what happens if I use 1 Gen5 on the PCIE 5 slot and a Gen4 on the other PCIE 4 lane, will it slow down the M.2 Gen5?
