can I use all graphic card with amd athlon x4 ?

my motherboard is a

Yeah, any graphics card will work. However, there will be some games that run poorly regardless of what graphics card you have, so just as an example, if you have $700 to spend, you might be better off buying a GTX 1070 + Core i5, than a GTX 1080 and using your current CPU.
