Can i use all the fans in the case

Solution
You will be able to connect 2 of the fans to the motherboard directly, that excluding the cpu fan. There are 2 3-pin fan connecters on the motherboard and 1 4-pin connector. Just a quick question, do your fans have a Molex connector as well as the 3 or 4 pin connectors? If they have molex then you will be able to connect them directly to the PSU, although this can cause them to be louder as there is no fan control, but if not. Then you could either buy a 3 or 4 pin fan splitter that splits into 3 connectors, as this can be useful, but may limit the voltage that gets to each of the fans. Or you could buy a 3/4 pin adapter to molex connector, which can be connected to the PSU.

Neither of the cables/adapters are expensive, they can be...

I am unsure about the case fans, but from my experience, the case fans may come with the Molex Connectors. If not you may have to buy the 3/4pin to Molex adapter.

The fans you are buying however are 3 pin connectors, so you will be able to connect all of them to the motherboard I believe with the 2 3-Pin connectors and 1 4-Pin. (I am unsure whether the specifications class the second CPU fan as the 4 pin, but you may be able to use that as well.

If you are meaning something along the lines of this: http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/BitFenix-Molex-to-3x-3-pin-adapter-20cm-sleeved-black--black_33804.html

Then yes, that would work.

There are also singular adapters that you plug the fans into and then into the power supply.

Personally, I would wait until you order the case and see what adapters come with the fans that are connected.
I believe you would be able to connect the 3 fans that you are going to purchase externally and be able to connect them directly to the motherboard.

Edit: The 3 fans that you are purchasing externally, may be connected to the motherboard, but there may be a chance that if you connect it to the second CPU fan, that it will run at the same speed as the main CPU fan connected to the heatsink, so it may run faster than needed or slower than needed.

I have had a look on these websites, and the only one I could find was this one:
http://www.dinokomp.si/produkt/molex-4-pin-mini-3-pin-napajalni-kabel-za-ventilatorje/

This cable/adapter should work to power the fans.

But as I said before, I would personally wait until you receive the case and then you can see what adapters the built-in fans have. And then if you need the adapters then I would buy a couple of them cables. They will most likely either have an adapter built in for both of them, or have a Molex Connector as well as a 3/4 pin connector.

I believe so, yeah.

Although it has a 3 Pin, and Molex in and Molex out. I believe you would have to have 2 of these cables if the built-in fans do not come with the Molex connection.

Edit: That link you just posted will work, as you can connect the fans into the 3 pin and the Molex into the Power Supply.

I believe you can connect the 3 external fans to the Motherboard and the CPU Fan as well. I have had a look at the motherboard and it has 2 3-pin connectors and 2 4-pin connectors (Both claimed for CPU, but will still work most likely).

And having the fans on the side will increase the air flow, and therefore will reduce the temperature inside the system. So yeah, the cooling and air provided by the 2 fans that will be most likely blowing air towards the back of the case would be better.

When you get the extra fans, ensure that they are blowing out of the case, this would most likely be the job of the case fan. To do this, I believe most fans come with arrows on the side of them to show the direction of the fan spinning and which way the air will be moved.
