[SOLVED] Can i use AM2+ on k9n neo v3

I have a k9n neo v3 motherboard i flashed bios to version 3.0
officially k9n neo v3 is am2 motherboard.
I read on the forums some say that am2 + processors can run on my motherboard some say cant
Has anyone had any experience?
I have a k9n neo v3 amd x64 5200+ 4gb 800mhz and gtx 750 ti.
Perfomances are very bad because my processor is too old.
What is the best am2 + processor that can run on my motherboard?

If this is your motherboard, the compatibility chart outlines the CPUs and the required BIOS version (or later) that is required. The CPUs with the highest "CPU Speed" would be the way to choose.

I don't see any 3.0 BIOS offered in the download section. So maybe this isn't your board.

Was that your board? If so, I don't see one on the official list. So I would say no.

No, there are no AM2+ CPUs on the compatible CPU list. This is not possible.
