Can i use AMD FX 6300 + MSI GTX 750 ti OC 2gb with corsair VS450 psu ?

Ram : corsair vengeance black 1x4 gb
Mb : gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
HDD : caviar blue 1tb
Ssd : kingston v300 120 gb
Psu : corsair vs450

Yes mate you'd get away with a 960 on that PSU.
You could do with another 4gb ram.

I didnt recommend Corsair VS, CX, and CXM on any gaming build because very bad capacitors quality. It's tier 4 on this tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html . I recommend you changing to something Tier 1 or Tier 2 at least

yes you can, the vs is not top of the line but it should be able to power that rig. issues may arise if you're planning to heavily OC that 6300 though.
