Can I use AMD II x6 phenom 1035t, CPU work on my AMD RYZEN 5 1600 fan??

Just as the title, I wanna know if I'm able to actually use the Spire fan own my computer, since I have no further knowledge on coolers than I have on computer components

I have a RS880M05 motherboard (old I know)
AMD 3 with a NVIDIA 750TI Graphics card

And I'm currently struggling to figure out if I can actually apply the fan on my CPU.
