Can I Use an External Gpu Setup in a Dell Inspiron 5755 Laptop?

Hello, I would like to know if my Inspiron 5755 laptop will work with an external graphics unit that plugs into the Wlan card slot.

As far as i know, all the external GPU enclosures require the laptop to have a Thunderbolt connector, which your laptop doesn't. So i'd say no. Hope it helps!
