can i use an MSI 970 motherboard with a a10 6700 apu

im trying to up grade my mother board from M11BB to MSI 970 my cpu is a a10 6700 is that possible

If you are talking about the 970 GAMING it won't be compatible with a a10 6700
The a10 6700 uses socket FM2 whilst the motherboard has AM3+
