Can i use an old Dell Mechanical Keyboard today?

I want an old Mechanical Keyboard, specifically the Dell AT102W
The problem is that a little while ago i heard something about old keyboards not typing alot of words at the same time...

Would i have that problem with this keyboard?

Also please don't make any modern mechanical keyboard suggestions, not to offend but i don't want a christmas tree as my keyboard

Unless I'm missing something, a keyboard is a keyboard. As long as it connects to your PC (USB or PS/2), it should work. I'm currently using a Compaq keyboard from a PC purchased in 1998.

Hi,
The keyboard should work fine unless the computer does not have a ps/2 connection .
The worse that can happen is if you press more than 2 or 3 key at the same time, the computer will beep instead of typing.

Agree with above. Should be fine.

As example, I am typing this post with an old IBM 'model M' keyboard made in 1986. Uses an AT to PS/2 adapter.
