I currently have all the parts for a brand new PC, but I wanna reuse the same storage as my last, since it isn’t that old and doesn’t have much stored on it. The only issue is that it has old motherboard drivers and stuff on it. Will I still be able to boot my new build normally? If not, is there a way to wipe it from the new build?

Solution
You can use the old drive. During the Windows installation processor, you will have the option to format the drive which wipes the disk clean.
