[SOLVED] Can i use both my headset and my speakers in one pc?

Hello guys
As the title says can i use both my headset and my speaker in one pc and switch between them?
If yes which audio port for headset and which for speakers??

These are my audio ports:

My speaker comes with one subwoofer and two speakers and one 3.5m aux which is for subwoofer and i dont know where should i plug it

Line out/front speakers is the one for speakers set,
Center/sub woofer can be used for your separate woofer/Headset you can plug in Rear speaker out. The assignments for them you will have to choose from Sound driver and it's control panel.
