Can I use Camtasia Studio 8.4 for YouTube?

I was thinking of starting a YouTube channel and I was wondering if I could use Camtasia Studio 8.4 to edit my videos.

I am able to get it off a friend so I just want to know if it is worth it or not?

I use Camtasia myself for film editing, I love it. It's a great tool for a lot of your basic and intermediate film editing. Not sure of all of your reasons for wanting it, but it has my vote, it's a solid program.
