Can I use crossfire With totally different graphicscards? I have one GTX 550 ti With 1GB Memory and a GTX 660 With 4GB Memory

Nvidia uses SLI to connect two or more GPUs. AMD uses Crossfire to connect two or more GPUs. To do either you need two of exactly the same card because it splits the load between them. You should always upgrade your graphics card before you consider using two together. Systems perform better using one powerful card than two low power cards.
If I was you I'd sell both those cards if possible and buy a 760 or the like. If that's not an option just use the 660 and save the 550 ti for a later build.

First off you need to know that AMD and Nvidia uses two different solutions for multi GPU configs... AMD uses crossfire and Nvidia uses SLI 😉 you can do SLI with different cards as long as they have the same GPU, meaning you can crossfire a gigabyte gtx 770 with a asus gtx 770... also note that though cards like the 760 are rebagded versions of older cards Nvidia rarely makes them SLI compatible... On the AMD side however they are more flexible when it comes to this, for example you can not do SLI with a gtx 760 and a gtx 670 even though they have the same GPU, but on the AMD side you can crossfire a R9 280X with a 7970 and a R9 270X can be crossfired with a 7870 ;D

Firstly, i think you mean SLI and not crossfire.
And NO,you can't use two different cards in SLI;but in case of crossfire,(for example)you can go with a combination of the r9 280x and the HD 7970 because they have same architecture;this is simply because the R9 280x is a rebranded version of the HD 7970.

What the others said, Crossfire is for AMD and SLI is for Nvidia. Apart from that, the short answer is no. You need the same base version, such as two GTX 760, 770 or 780. Whichever manufacturer you're using doesn't matter, you could use for example a MSI R9 280 and a AMD R9 280 (if crossfiring of course). A GTX 550 TI and a GTX 660 can't be SLI'd, even if they're the same manufacturer.
