Hey guys. So I upgraded my radeon r7 260x to a gtx 1070 two years ago and I'm experiencing poor performance in some places in some games e.g rise of the tomb raider, battlefield 1. I didn't use ddu to delete the drivers from the previous card and I installed the 1070. My cpu is fx-9370, mobo is asrock 990fx extreme9 and ram is corsair vengeance 2x8gb 2400mhz ddr3.

In these pictures you can see my performance. There's no cpu core that is at 100% so I don't think there is a bottleneck here. Take in account that I have my ram at 1333mhz because if I set it to 2400mhz my pc has black screens and stuff and I have to restart it 3 times to make it work properly. My ram module is: CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R. My psu is evga supernova g2l 850w. Can anyone help me? Should I use ddu and see if something changes or should I leave as it is and upgrade cpu/mobo/ram? Thanks in advance.

No I haven't tested the ram but what does that have to do with low gpu usage? Sorry I'm a noob with this stuff.
