Can I Use Dried Up Ink?

I have 2 cartilages of black and colored ink. I have barley had them, and now they are all dried up. I can't use them at all. Is there anyway I can get any use out of this ink?

You can take the cartridges out of the printer and throw them at the pigeons that have been pooping on your car !

Haha I was afraid that was going to be a answer. Yeah I figured there was nothing I could do. But I read some ideas online - so I thought maybe some of them might possibly work.
