Can I Use Dual Channel Ram On This Motherboard?

I'm looking to upgrade to 16gb of ddr3 1600mhz ram and I'm not sure if I can use dual channel ram. The motherboard is the acer-tc605 motherboard.

It has 2 DIMMs and the spec page shows 16GB max so 2 x 8GB sticks will work.

It should work in dual channel mode. Generally only lower end laptops don't.

Those sticks of ram should work right? They operate at 1600mhz and I'm pretty sure that's the highest my mobo supports.

That's a good question. Since it's an OEM board there is no listed QVL ( qualified vendor list ). I would contact Acer and ask them what they recommend. My guess is it probably will work but it's only a guess and I'd hate for you to waste money on a maybe.
