Can I use dvi-d to connect 2 monitors?

Hi folks, I am building a new recording studio and wanted a couple of multisync monitors so I can have more screen space for my software, but after looking around I see monitors with DVI-D connection. Can I link/sync 2 monitors using this connection> I would run the VGA from the tower to the first monitor and then....link the other to it...??

Nope. You can't chain monitors like that. You can get a video card with two outputs though.
