Can i use F-USB port on board for run front case fan ?

What is model name of your motherboard?

Generally you connect fans to a fan header on motherboard. If there are no free fan headers available, then you can use a fan hub or connect fan to molex connector from PSU via adapter.

USB gives 5VDC, case fans are mostly 12vDC.

my board GB 880gm-usb3
have 1 cpu fan /4 pin and 1 sys fan /4 pin
and i have 4x fan in case and 2x fan for cpu cooler
i need use power supply to generate more fan header or use any other

Use fan splitter for 2 cpu fans. Fan splitter is ok for 2-3 fans (depends on fan power requirements).
Use fan hub for 4 case fans.
