Can I use flash drive w/ Windows 10 installation media for regular files as well?

I have a flash drive I've set up with Windows 10 installation media. It still has like 25gb of space left on it...can I still use that space for regular files and also use it to install Windows 10? Or will putting other stuff on it mess it up for installing windows? Thanks.

You can use that space it will have no effect.
