Can i use google chrome when mining?

Will i be able to watch my shows on the internet or youtube when mining because i'm mining on Vault111 website for games with 406.050 H/s Zcash, will it mess up my single gpu MSI R9 390 OC with 78 C?

I would imagine you'd be fine watching youtube. Download something like HWinfo to monitor your stats while you're mining/watching videos to ensure nothing's afoot. Considering watching videos/browsing is mostly a CPU/RAM-intensive task, it should have little impact on your Hash Rate assuming you have enough system resources.
