I have the budget to buy a gtx 1050 and I have a motherboard DH61WW

h61 motherboards comes with PCI 2.0 and 3.0 slot but they released in 2011 so many motherboards don't support any graphics card which released after 2011 until they get bios update and gtx 1050 is released in 2016.

I recommend that first you need to check the bios version and bios year of your motherboard and after that search for bios update.

By the way you can use any graphics card without any problem which released in 2011 or later.
