There's no way of being certain wether you'll be able to use it properly, but it will most likely work.
The card already in an Acer Aspire TC-605 is a GTX 745 which uses the same PCIe 3.0 x16 slot as a GTX 660. The issue you might run into is power. The 660 draws more power with a tdp of 140W, whereas the 745 draws just 55W. From what I've been able to find the 745 doesn't actually have a power connector (it gets all it's power through the PCIe slot) whereas the 660 requires a 6pin power connector.

The best way to go about this is for you to make out the PSU in your Acer it should looks something like this:
[https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71uY8yoBxgL._AC_SY355_.jpg] , check what connecors it has (if you are unsure which are which you can search for what a 6pin looks like [https://www.parallelminer.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/ANTPCIE-04-1.jpg ], or simply send a picture of all the connectors into this thread) and also try to find out what wattage your PSU has, you should be able to find this written on the side of the PSU with other specifications.

If you find a 6pin power connector and your PSU has 350W or more (you might get away with 300W) your only other issue might be space, but the 660 is a medium sized card and the TC-605 looks big enough.

Yes, the 760 should also work fine as your system will probably not be stressing it completely.

You should also consider the Ti versions of these cards as they will add additional performance while keeping the same power profile:
