Hello. I have both those cards. I want to use gtx1060 gb for game only and while recording I want to use only gt740sc. Is it possible to do that? reserve all 1060 performance for and and for recording process for gt740sc?

Yes you can select obs to run the recording through the processing power of that card or stream to twitch
