Question Can i use Insignia NS-PCTC8 thermal paste on my gpu?

I recently bought the paste off of best buy. The reviews say that it is electronically conductive and it's not. I am confused and I am not sure If it would be safe to use on my GPU

Well, I used if for my CPU a long time ago. I am now deciding to change my thermal paste on my GPU so I am just making sure if I can use that one
