Can i use just 8pin power connectors for gtx1080ti

Hello everyone!
I have 2x8pin power connectors and i want to put just one 8 pin (6+2) power connector in my gigabyte 1080ti but i dont know in which i have to put it on the first or the second 8 pin slot ?

You must use both 8 pin power connectors. Why are you trying to use 1?

If your PSU only has one 8-pin PCIe cable (that's the reason I suspect you're trying to get away with using only one) then you'll have to replace the PSU.
