IF this is a standalone chip (like how intel sells m2 chips) then yes you can use it in your PC, but it wont "just work"
The wireless card is just that, a card only. You will need uFl to RP-SMA cables, you will need a PCI bracket with holes for the RP-SMA cables, and you will need RP-SMA antennas.
It would also be a good idea to have RP-SMA extension cables to get the antennas on your desk instead of the back of your computer which often has poor signal.
In the end it will be much cheaper and much better performance to buy a av1000 powerline network adapter then everything needed to have meh wifi at your desktop.
