Can i use my friend's internet connection by using his Ip adress

Hi friends i have a internet connection which provides only 30GB downloading limit per month but my friend have a internet connection where Downloading is unlimited so my question is

Can i use my friend's internet connection for downloading which not reduce my GB limit by using his IP address or anything else??

Note : i can't use a wire for sharing his internet because he is far away from me and his router is a wifi but i can't catch it's signals due to long distance.

It would be very difficult.
You can do something like proxy or VPN to connect to your friend, but your ISP will still see the amount of data.
Can't you go with another ISP?
How long is the distance between your and your friend?
